Q. Can you please explain how I can place an order?
Q. What happens once I've placed my order?
A. We will check to ensure that your credit card payment can be completed. The next step to to ensure that your purchase is packaged up, addressed and sent to you using a local delivery service.
We send purchases within 2 working days unless there are situations out of our control such as severe weather condtions, earthquake, etc.
In the event that there are serious reasons why we cannot send your product within 2 working days we will send you your purchase as soon as possible.
If you live in a country where tracking is possbile you will receive a delivery notification via email and a tracking number. If tracking is not available you will still receive a delivery notification email but without a tracking number.
Q. What currency will show on my Credit Card statement?
A. We quote prices in US$ and cards will be charged in US$. However, it will depend upon your Bank or Credit agency as to which currently will be displayed in your statement. It could be US$ or your own local currency.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. You fill in the secure cart form and we undertake the credit card transactions in a secure online environment.
Q. When do you bill my credit card?
A. We bill your credit card the next working day. We do NOT perform automated transactions without human supervision. We do this is ensure security and privacy for yourselves and us.
Goods are usully shipped and an email notification sent within 1 - 2 working day of an order being placed and a credit card transaction being completed successfully.
